Tony is an FCA-qualified Fractional Finance Director with over 12 years of post-qualification experience across a wide range of businesses; he brings knowledge and experience in supporting both global corporates and small to medium-sized businesses.

He started his early career in audit management and statutory accounting before moving into industry and working his way up the finance career ladder within a large global travel company and, latterly, within a rapidly expanding and acquisitive PE-backed group of scientific companies.

Tony has excellent finance leadership and communications skills with a good track record of building a strong financial foundation from which companies can grow. His track record includes:

• Developed and implemented budgetary, cash flow, and management reporting to provide financial leadership for short, medium, and long-term growth
• Supported financial and operational transformation initiatives
• Lead fundraising activities, including the production of complex financial models, scenario planning, preparation and presentation of investor decks and due diligence
• Provided precise insight and detailed due diligence information for the sale of a business for circa £200m
• Managed the financial integration of four acquisitions, aligning their systems and legal structures with the Group post-acquisition.
• Oversaw the completion of the monthly reporting, audit and annual financial statement completion for multiple European and Scandinavian subsidiaries for a corporate group

As a Fractional Finance Director, Tony is a good communicator with strong team-building and leadership skills and particularly enjoys working with the senior leadership teams to ensure they receive clear, accurate, timely and relevant financial information to inform their decision-making.
