Marcus has over 20 years of post-qualification experience building on a foundation of process improvement, controls and systems implementation. As an international CFO, he has worked in FTSE 350, AIM groups and fast-growth SMEs. Working in both turnaround and fast growth situations.

Marcus’ roles have always had an international exposure. He has worked extensively abroad, particularly in the US and across Europe, building and supporting finance teams in  Germany and Holland.

He relishes the role of trusted business partner, providing insight and analysis across all strategy, commercial decision-making, and risk and stakeholder management. He enjoys working with businesses at differing stages and supporting ambitious management teams to ensure a sound financial basis underpins strategy and decision-making.

Marcus has also worked with several start-ups and established businesses implementing new reporting models, strengthening finance teams and improving working capital.
