Absence management is not easy. Employees taking periods of leave can disrupt a business. iFDs are used to providing FD cover during leave (e.g. maternity leave, an illness or a sabbatical). They can create flexibility through a job share, and fill in as the FD gradually returns to work. Here are some recent assignments undertaken by iFDs.
